just got a sweet text for Handsome Jaason D. Gaskins and we had a awesome date nite @ his friends birthday jam. And when I say I was soooo blesseddd OMSHineee!! This was a straight Jesus Christ party! I am always nervous when I go to peoples events because for some reason people think that Jesus is only for Sunday so whenever they throw a function it has to be all things contrary to who Christ is in their lives with the music, drinks, cussin, and the likes (As if Christ is still not with you on a Fri nite) And also for some reason people think because you are in Christ that means you cant have fun or are boring. Well from the time we got there to the time we left GOD GOT PRAISE!!! This dude is sooo bold for Christ it just comes out of him in all of his conversation CHRIST is relevant to life and living. *shouting* and come to find out the reason he had a birthday party was a purpose to reach those who didnt know Christ and he indeed had a invitation for people to accept Christ and prayer at the end of which a powerful prayer for my husband was said. I was blown away because there ARE more of us out there who believe we do not have to be caught up in this world or compromise to have a party. The words spoken by ALLLLL the people was that this guy has impacted their walk because of his WALK is amazing. This is a legacy worth praising! I rarely run across people who LIGHT shine so bright and it was a priveledge to be apart and celebrate something worth celebrating. AWESOME NITE I TELL YA!!!!
