just got an unexpected phone call from my Daddie wanting to check on how Im settling in back in Tennessee. for having such an emotional and passionate and sometimes unreasonable daughter, and being himself a very direct, objective, cut & dried man, he is very good at keeping the balance of being tender and understanding with me, and kicking my butt verbally when needed. sometimes a girl needs her daddy to remind her she can afford to be picky when it comes to dating and not stress about if a guy is thinking about her or not, she has tons of opportunities & shouldnt let daily hardships rob her of seeing those, and to give attention and affection where it is needed, not where it is abused. got it girl? yes, daddy, i got it. no, i mean, do you really got it?
