just imagine this.. if pork barrel is 200Mn per Cong.. then assuming that 50 mn will go to the "NGOs".. then her cut is 10%, the other 90% will be remitted back to the Congskupals pocket... assuming that she transact with 10 congs.. her cut per Cong at 10% of 50mn is 5 mn.. isang congskupal pa lang yan ha? if there are 10 congs that she transact with, then she must be earning also 50mn per annum.. e what if all the 300 plus congs ang ka transac nya?? my heavens!!!!
