just put up self defence vids and done some advertising for my page i feel so bad doing that but how else are people gonna know where they can find it and if there looking someone can help them find my page im building by courses wing chun basics are done now im doing self defence just not sure of next project tai chi ? or basic mma techniques such as cross jab hook etc master wong dont do that gotta check youtube for those :)
