just receive this great photo from Terri my 1st cuz once removed from New York. It is of my mother who was daughter of the Gallaghers of The Leffin..... 8 daughters and 1 son Paddy This is her on the right with her sister who sadly died in her 40s leaving 5 children under 16. Fan and Ellie were their names. Anyone remember them. Would have moved at a young age to work in London. The girls were named Biddy, Cissie, Kathleen, Theresa, Fan, Ellie, Annie and Mary (emigrated to New York in early 1920s). Great Family. My Granny was called Fanny and my granddad Johnnie. Hope someone remembers them.... how elegant were they? Gonna find a frame for this one.
