just remember people,america only consist of 5% of the worlds population but imprisons 25% of its citizens,9% of that is african american...secondly prior to the crack epidemic in 1986 1 in 6 black males 18-24 attended some form of education beyond highschool.... its not about race but at the same time when a country systematically makes an effort to control the numbers and eliminate a specific type of people you should understand and take notice.....everyone have a good night
