just sharing : Diesel or Petrol doesnt matter. if you care about gas Mileage, acceleration maniac, and off road fan, what you need is to boost the torque. more torque makes the truck feels lighter, less burden for the engine and less fuel needed to go the same distance. Torque is what you need to carry the weight of your truck and faster acceleration. Horsepower aims for what maximum speed you can get. But to reach that speed faster (acceleration), you need bigger torque. Torque is the key. and combine it with proper gear ratios setup.
