just think out aloud. your honor , assuming you are honorable and can be tested in this court... i can only consent to being a person , a constituent under the constitution given the agreement and accord i am protected under the magna carta 1297 , otherwise their is no jurisdiction invested in the court. the court cannot proceed summarily without my applied consent if i am not guaranteed by the very core in which the constitution was built and is in fact a foundation of the constitution itself.. being the magna carta and common law of england and not the statute created Australian common law that does not have royal assent , not lawfully proclaimed as the royal warrant prescribes nor in the correct gazette as the Commonwealth makes it clear in clause 5 what you and the court is bound by. If i am to assume this is a full commercial court then it is a fraud to assume i accept any commercial liability under a instrument that does not give full disclosure , my birth certificate and ID as a person made by legislation. i am just rambling on talking shit
