just wanted to release my grievance to the personnel of Cebu Pacific. yesterday the flight from Dubai to Manila was delayed for four (4) hrs. It was posted on the screen that flight delayed. ONe hr passed i began to worry so as the other families too r starting to make speculations. This made me thought of seeking info from any personnel of cebu pacific. I went to the ofis and talked to a lady named Ms. Laurel. I talked to her with courtesy and inquired her the reasons of the delay. She answered me delays are normal scenario, the more i got irritated when all the querries were simply answered hindi ko po alam the only clear answer i got from her is nasa saigon daw ang airplane nagkaroon ng technical problem, nagrefuel yata. tapos sabi pa nya siguro ligtas naman cla. That made me flared up, the word siguro. i asked her frm vietnam to philippines mga ilang oras, hindi daw nya alam. i even requested her to send a representative downstairs to assure or console the families of their passengers that we need not to worry that their passengers r safe etc, sabi nya d daw nla trabaho yon, my goodness, eto ba ang dapat na treatment mo sa mga customers nyo. The Management I think u need to train ur staffs on Customer Care.
