just watched Rahul Gandhi presenting the congress manifesto to a subservient media, who were paid to ask prepared questions. The real manifesto should have been as follows: THE CONGRESS MANIFESTO (Note Women’s organizations no mention of a WOMANifesto) as it should have been. A 20 point manifesto was to be presented for the knowledge of all living mammals on the earth. 1) Right to be under the thumb of Ambani, and Adani 2) Right to dynastic rule, and dynastic succession 3) Right to corruption 4) Right to manipulation of accounts, service records etc. 5) Right to the use of CBI (caged parrots?) as a tool of blackmail and oppression, and harassment 6) Right to transfer of non cooperating bureaucrats and government officers 7) Right of indulging in minor or major scams 8) Right to distortion of facts, suppression of truth and with holding of information in a RTI application 9) Right to use transfers as a tool of controlling the police, CID etc. 10) Right to control the social media 11) Right to use defamation as a tool against opposition leaders 12) Right to keep media on its bank roll 13) Right to appoint people to various bodies, like NWC, NHRC, judiciary, 14) Right to transfer, or to appoint of judges, police commissioners, etc. 15) Right to Red light cars, + 20 car convoy for even the most insignificant, congress MP + a battalion of army commandos to protect them, their families, their non movable, or movable assets and their pets and cattle 16) Right to deposit money in private secret Swiss bank accounts, 17) Right to all expenses paid foreign trips for themselves, their families servants, pets, their staff, including Insurance cover for all 18) Right to promulgate ordinances, and also the right to tear up some 19 ) Right to disintegrate states into as many as it is deemed fit, so as to accommodate more corrupt leaders as governors, to escape the law 20) Right to bribe and buy votes, whether in an election or in the parliament during vote of confidence, and the right to throw things in the parliament. The BJP being the other side of the same coin, can have the same manifesto, in another attractive wrapping, of Hindutva.
