just when i thought the storm is going out of PAR it rained heavily again. A lot of kessons should be learned from this episode 1. All pinoys should be proactive. Do not wear slippers in wading the flooded streets to prevent getting sick of leptospirosis. I looked around and random count, for every 30 people only 1 wore boots. 2. Those who insisted on living in high risk locations like riverbanks, waterways, spillways, bays, creeks, etc Please listen and act on advice for safety promptly. 3. Those who are prudent are always expected to help others to become responsible
