just wondering ... if you found a LIVE BUG crawling around in your spinach salad at a certain restaurant, and the manager was very unapologetic and only refunded your $4 salad instead of your $25 meal, would you a) pitch a fit on social media, b) send the picture of it only to your closest friends/family freaking out about it, c) write the company a letter telling them how disappointed you were, d) all of the above. i may have already done one of these things.
