l am of the strong view that the amendment of Charterhouse suit to correct the defect in the flaw Shattawales legal counsel exposed would come to the fore again,reason be that,since Charterhouse have conceded they committed a blunder through their spokesperson GEORGE QUAYE due to the usage of CHARTERHOUSE GHANA LIMITED for a long time leading to the eventual incorporation in their suit... Now,If l am SHATTAWALE all l have to do is to make the claim that the remarks was in reference to CHARTERHOUSE GHANA LIMITED and not CHARTERHOUSE PRODUCTION LIMITED since we have being made to believe all this while through CHARTERHOUSE as contained in their explanation through their spokesperson that they have being using the name for God knows when.. Kwadwo Dagomba aka Detrosky great lawyer in the making and other great lawyers on this platform..is it a legally sound argument to make????
