last night at Sears, I had a really nice sling purse, sign said 40% off red ticket, so I did the math, reg. 40.00, red tag was 30.00 (rounding off) and when I got to the cash, she rang me in and said 45 something! WHAT. its 40% off the red ticketed price, that is what the sign said? , the cashier said, oh its only if you have a Sears Card, you probably did not see the fine print! Well dont make it 40% off cause to the reg customer that is what we see, if a Sears card holder, give that discount at the cash! I hate that, so needless to say, I walked away! Goodbye! oh yeah, she also said if I had a Sears card I would of saved an additional 35%! well stick it honey! If Sears are going to have sales like that, 1. Make bigger frigging Signs, 2. mark it down more~. what a ploy. They must be hurting, trying to get ppl to sign up for a CC to save additional $$ in the long run you really dont, cause the interest charges on those Sears CC are outrageous! glad mine has been paid off yrs ago.
