last week I convinced the Telstra tech/ contractor who installed our cable modem to let me have a right angle adapter, even though he told me they werent allowed to as they cause faults, well too damn right they do, less than a week later and Ive already had to pull it out, I guess sometimes Telstra actually do know what they are doing. Its a shame though, we really needed that adaptor because when the Foxtel guy installed the port a few years back he did a shit job of it, so now Im back to having a speaker trying to break the plug off of the wall :/ PS. I was made aware they generate faults and removed it before making any calls, so if anyone at Telstra reads this dont go getting anyone in trouble.
