last week my cavalier was found to put on a huge amount of weight , been feeling her all week... as never felt no pups , but she started acted strange last nite , really yelping , took her to the vets today which after examining her feeling no pups said he thinks it could be a infection inside, to rule out any pregnancy he done a scan anyway , and it showed up 4 pups , due anyday , this came as a shock as she went baron 3 year ago producing nothing . i know i maybe get a little stick over them being cross cavalier/shih Tzu and being a older girl , but my vet as reassured me all will be fine as shes a clean bill of health , this is to let anyone know who would like to give me any bloody jip for cross breeding (which i dont really give 2 shits about crossbreeding ) that yes its upset me a great deal that as put me under so much stress because of her age (which is 6 and have NEVER breed my dogs over 4 ) i really dont need anymore stress from anyone about it . i dont need my girl seing me stressed at this mo as she will feed of me and dont need it . i will post updates on here ...... as am not happy about the situation i am in i would like to try and keep it a happy birth for her and enjoy this very last litter she will ever have as soon after she will be spade to make sure it will never happen again . lets just keep our fingers crossed all goes fine with her .if nobody likes this one mistake i ve have made , then am sure you know were the delete button is , at least i got the guts to admit my mistakes . thank you for reading
