last week when i was at Fred Meyer some dim bulb in a black subaru had all her windows rolled up -- with two dogs panting heavily inside - a medium sized black shepherd mix, and the other small dog was either lhasa or shih tsu. it was a very hot day. i wrote down the license number, went inside and they paged her, but -- as i walked back to my car -- it was actually too late because she was already back in her car. so i took the time to admonish her and told her that if she continued to mistreat animals that way, not to be surprised if she came back to her vehicle one day and found her windows smashed. she drove off in a huff.
