*laughing* An Insight inside a mind with OCD and anxiety. Last night: Anxiety: "Yes I have seen the show." The Young Lady "Blah blah blah not always the killer blah blah blah based on the book." Me I heard what she said, but since my anxiety was through the roof, I could not stop my self. OCD: I did not sleep last night because ALL of last nights conversations including the ones I over heard and EVERYTHING going on around me within 10 -20 feet of WHERE EVER I was has been playing in my head NON-STOP. You would think that this would not be so hard. After all it was dinner with family and a birthday. NOOOOOOOO... Instead I have to figure out why my anxiety was so high. Make sure I DID NOT MISS anything for a Learned a great Deal about Lady N. And to see how many silly mistakes I made last night and how I could improve it for next time.
