left my phone at home today but found it actually quite liberating! Whilst waiting for the train home I could actually stand and stare!....study moss, admire fern, marvel at birdsong and even watched a tiny field mouse scurry through the branches of a fallen tree with its tea! It was so peaceful! :) No swiping, pressing, viewing, loading, sharing, plugged in, nattering or liking necessary! (Also realizing 70% of those stood with me WERE on their phones!) and (Yes, I know....I suffer from like-ism A LOT! Lol!) It was just nice. :) Also, I see the irony of rushing home and posting it straight on here but wanted to share this moment of serenity with you all. x P.s. and for those that will understand this, yep, it was on the back of the sofa which I passed at least 5 times whilst looking for it! Lololol!)
