legal fund donation chapter 5 i have a lawsuit that i filed against a lima attorney by the name of kevin stotts this case got to b appealed to a higher court basically this is my own personal view and opion based soley on my personal view of the situation first let me say that my former civil attorney i had mad respect for him until i seen him for what he is u decide check i go to this proffesional for legal guidance for legal protection at astronomical rate legal fees im paying him to obtain 6 propertys the bistro bar a duplex on jamison this is what i was paying legal council for to guide me to get all the i and t s dotted im inverting big money we doing home inspections title searches im doing everything legal by the book i got all the money for the properties in escrow so whats the problem the problem or problems wit this attorney is he messed up my banking by settn an bank account because in the state of ohio minors cant sighn finacial documents somethn a lawyer suppose to know not a averge person who has no knowledge of legal law thats why im paying this attny thousands to get me bard frm my bank account didnt enforce the contracts jack my escrow acct to the red jack my investments long story short this attny jack a million in my investments properties bank accts escrows i even had contracts drawn up to silent partner in a daycare buss. which i after losing over 25 thousand in that because of his slowness and incompetence long story short i loss at his direction and failures to protect what i was paying for well he got me and because i didnt sue him in a year for malpractice a bias judge said im time barrd to sue him well thats one kangaroo court opion and i say that because he didnt beat me in court in front of a jury he used a judge who didnt care about justice jus protecting a colleuge and peer im cool wit it sometimes u win on fact and truth and sometimes u win who u know he didnt beat me on facts he beat me wit his friend the judge who he work every day wit yea 3 friends in a stranger where im frm it
