(( debi )) ♥ forever hope ♥ next goal us 21,000 peeps!! ♥ Basic Info Born July 7, 2010 Location 4339 Hartley bridge rd. #121 , Macon, Georgia 31216 Gender Female Personal Information on july 7th, janet and i went to the local pound .she would go as often as she could. that is where the rescue group she worked for gets there dogs. we went up to the stalls and i saw a dog sitting in the back with a wire around her neck. she walked up to us and then went and sat down because she was weak . i told janet i was not leaving without that dog, so janet call the pres. of the rescue group , she was told Shane doesnt ask for much so he can take her but please do not ask there regular donors for money to help the dog. then the pres. said she would make the first donation to help. we got her in the car and headed to the vets office on the way janet said we could name her FAITH or HOPE i thought HOPE was a perfect name. the vets staff was waiting on us when we got there . the surgery to fix her neck was done that night. we came home and i put her on my fb page to try to get help for her. shanesmith.thesaint then we started her one, hope smith, support was growing and media started getting involved. so i started her a public page . hope . all of my postings and her updates are still on the 3 pages. the only thing i have removed is the graphic photo of her neck that the media shows. we got HOPE on july 7th and sadly we lost her on july 26th . her short time with us has changed our lives.although we never got to officially adopt her . we concidered her part of our family and still do. for 19 days we worked from morning till past midnight to try to help her.in the end she was at peace shane stayed with her and now her urn is at home with us where it will stay .
