letter Our universities must come forward We have seen that these untrained political people have done much losses to our country. When we have a trained bureaucracy and when we have prescribed qualifications for jobs in bureaucracy, why had not prescribed qualifications, training, experience, age, health and antecedents for the politicians who are authorized to supervise the bureaucracy and who shall be making laws for us. We ignored these expects when we were entering the path of democracy. Actually the people to whom the British had given opportunity to rule were not fulfilling all these minimums, so they recruited more and more people of their own standards in politics and at present, if we conduct a survey, none of the politicians is a fit person for the job he is holding. That is the reason, there is not rule of law in this country and it is further on record that we could not achieve what we could have achieved, had there been a fit set of politicians heading the departments. The sets of politicians who were occupying seats of power never suggested that our universities should start courses for the people who want to become politicians. But now, we should think on this matter and our universities must start post graduate courses for the people who want to become politicians and from today, we should fix ten years and after that we should not allow any one to take part in elections if, he is not holding a post graduate degree in politics. Till trained people are not there in politics, we shall not come out of the bureaucracy which we have established in this country. The rule of bureaucracy in a democracy is a curse and we should come out of this curse. Please, our universities must take up this matter and decide the fate of our country.
