lider vision that sounds to me like the g-12 movement which is a cult founded by cesar castellano that is base on the 12 disciples,the 12 tribes,because Jesus had twelve disciples,12 tribes,the church needed to base their structure on this government model and a cell church.the g-12 cultic discipleship course which is supposed to make a believer a leader [modeled supposedly after the the 12 apostles]BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!The g-12 model works this way;a pastor trains 12 people to cell leaders.these cell leaders are each responsible for discipling 12 others in a cell group,usually with a minimum number coming from the community and not from within the church they attend.After a specific time,and after certain strict requirements are met,these cell members then become leaders themselves,and start their own cells.this caristmatic new apostolic reformation,which is doctrinally unsound.this movement believes that God has raised up present day apostles to continue the work of the original apostles of scripture and that these present-day apostles are in charge of overseeing the work of the church on earth.The g-12 movement have also made a number of questionable statements,such as the model of ministry based on 12 is the most effective means of obeying the great commision of Jesus Christ to win disciples and of growing the church.Also implied by g-12 leaders is that the government of 12 is what God is doing now,and that if you are not on board with the g-12 you are opposing God.The church is led by elders,served by deacons,and filled with believers.How each individual church is to govern and organize is left open to interpretation and supposition by scripture.The g-12 vision/movement simply isnt found within the pages of the bible.This is where true danger lies.As a church-growth model,g-12 seems to have worked for many churches,but its association with doctrinally corrupt teachings have much to be desired for these intent on retaining scripture,and not mans teachings.2;tim;3;13;14;But evil people and impostors will flourish.They will deceive others and will themselves be deceived.But you must remain faithful to the things you have been taught.You know they are true,for you know you can trust those who taught you.amen;John;831;32;You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings.And you will know the truth,and the thruth will set you free.amen!!!!!!!!!!
