This Lupie World shared their photo. 10 mins · MANY have stated that when they were diagnosed 30, 20, some even as recent as just 10 years ago... they were told they might not live more than 3-5 years past diagnosis. Thank God for research and all those who are involved in helping trying to solve the mystery that is Lupus... but we need more #LupusAwareness... we need more knowledge about it in the general population... we need Lupus to be as known as other illnesses, so that it too can get attention and funding for the research to give us a better understanding of the illness and lead us to better medicine options and eventually #FindACure! Lupus a serious, cruel, and devastating #ChronicIllness for those who have to live with it... AND, has AND continues to take too many lives... leaving too many children without mom or dad.... parents without daughters or sons... families missing loved ones... friends aching for friends...
