#lifetimeofhappydays Saturday morning market in Annapolis Royal. Stopped to listen to the young tunes and came across two men who do street art there. They ask you for one word, they sit across from one another, one paints his interpretation of your word and the other writes a poem about it, at the same time. The word I chose was connection. Watching them both in their creative worlds, the market noise became muffled. The feeling was overwhelming and emotional, I felt connected to them. When they were finished, Steve read the poem ... This is where I live, right here, right now, in the center of wonder and wow. Breathless and restless, connected together, growing under weather. Wild soul full of passion, the reaction of a heart. Put your limbs in the waves and feel the rhythm matching. Crashing together, salt on the seashore. Blowing in circles, wind through my bones. Union and unison. Full and whole. The connection of everything to my soul. My eyes started watering and I gave him a hug. I was truly impressed that they were both able to have conversations with others, block out the streets sounds and still create beauty and life to something as simple as one word.
