like us@ Ca made easy CA IPCC and CA final Exam form for Nov 2013 Exams In order to appear for CA IPCC or CA final exams , students are required to fill out an examination form. This examination form is available at all the branches of ICAI for a fees of Rs. 500. CA IPCC/Final examination form is also available online. Examination form can be downloaded from ICAI’s official website without any charge. In other words, ICAI has waived of the form fees of Rs. 500 for CA IPCC and final students who opt to download the form. This is an attempt to encourage CA IPCC and Final students to keep up with the fast growing online culture.This also provides easy accessibility to students living in remote areas. Important Dates Examination forms for CA IPCC and final students for November 2013 attempt will be available from 10 am 5th August 2013 . The last date for submission of examination forms is 26th of August 2013 . Last date of online submission of examination form with late fees is 2 September 2013 Procedure for filling out the Examination form for November 2013 There are two ways to fill out the examination form . The examination form for November 2013 attempt can be filled out by CA IPCC and final students by both online and off-line methods . The detailed procedure for filling out the examination form under both the methods is given below Online method Step 1 : Visit icaiexam.icai.org IPCC/Final November 2012 Exam formStep 2 : CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT CA IPCC and final students are required to create a new account by clicking on “New User! Please Click here” below the login form on the top right . Creation of a new account is mandatory for each attempt of IPCC and CA Final. Even if a student had created an account for a previous attempt , he/she shall be required to create a new account for November 2013 exams. Note: Students should not open more than one session at a particular time, while filling the online examination form. Fill the Exam Form Step 3 : FILLING THE DETAILS Students shall be taken to the Registration Page where they will be required to fill out their details . CA IPCC and final students will be required to enter their IPCC/Final registration number. On entering the registration number details of the students will automatically appear on the registration page. In case the details like name/date of birth, do not automatically appear, student can still continue with the registration. However, such registration will be provisional in nature and CA IPCC/Final students will be required to submit a copy of registration letter and other relevant documents manually to the nearest branch of ICAI. Note 1: After completion of registration, login ID and password will be sent via email and SMS to the students. So students are advised to fill out their email ID and mobile number carefully. Note 2: Strict Guideline from ICAI for CA IPCC and final students :- Students should not fill the exam form using mobile phones. Examination form should be filled using a computer with a good Internet connection. IPCC/Final November 2012 Exam form Step 4 : MAKE PAYMENT After filling out the details ,Students can proceed to the payments page where they can pay the examination fees online using their Credit/ Debit cards or Internet banking. Examination fees for CA IPCC and CA Final is as follows: The examination fees for IPCC November 2013 attempt has been specified by ICAI as Rs. 1,000 for One Group Rs 1,600 for Both groups The examination fees for CA Final November 2013 attempt has been specified by ICAI as Rs. 1,250 for One Group Rs 2,200 for Both groups Step 5 : SAVING AND PRINTING THE EXAMINATION FORM After completing the payment , candidates will be provided with the link to save the examination form .The examination form will be available for download as a PDF file. Students are required to take a print out of all pages of the examination form on A4 size paper. Students should also note down the control number appearing on the examination form and keep it safe . This control number can be quoted by the student in case any problem arises in the future. Note: Students must Ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing on the PDF file before taking the print out. In case of any issues please report to [email protected] Step 6 : AFFIX YOUR PHOTOGRAPH CA IPCC and final students are required to affix a recent passport size photograph on the exam form in the space provided . The photograph should be a coloured photograph and should not be larger or smaller than the space provided.IPCC/Final November 2012 Exam form Step 7 : SIGN THE DECLARATION Students shall then sign a declaration in the Exam form stating that all the information given is true and to the best of their knowledge. The declaration should be signed in black ink in the box provided. Black ball pen is recommended in place of a gel pen while signing on the examination form. Step 8 : GET YOUR FORM ATTESTED Students are then required to get their form attested by a chartered accountant, or any other Gazzeted officer. In case the students get their form attested by a chartered accountant, they should ensure that the membership number of the chartered accountant is mentioned alongside the stamp and signature, done by him/her. Students may get their form attested by any other Gazzeted officer like branch managers of nationalised banks , income tax officers etc. In case a student forgets to get his/her form attested and sends it to ICAI, then, he/she will have to write a separate application on plain paper stating the mistake done. This application should then be submitted to ICAI. Step 9 : ENCLOSE AND SEND Students should then enclose their examination form in an envelope and send it to the address provided below before the last date of submission. Students should not forget to write their registration number and name of the examination (IPCC/Final) on the envelope.
