Young coconuts also contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, electrolytes and lifeforce. Durians are the favorite fruit of elephants, tigers and orangutangs. Durians boost the immune system and nourish the body. Young coconuts & durian shakes make excellent baby food. This non dairy yogurt is fun & easy to make and tastes great! INGREDIENTS: 1) Young coconut 2) Durian 3) Kombucha INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Cut open young coconut & add its contents to blender 2) Open during pod(s) and add to blender 3) Add 1 cup kombucha Blend, add to glass jar, place a coffee filter or cheese cloth over the top of jar & secure with a rubber band.
