local band members which would you prefer 1. Being given 10 tickets for you show at aar, being told the only way we can pay you is to give you half of the money from said ticket sales. 2. Being told no when you ask to play shows here if the last time you played less than 5 people paid to see 4-5 bands. 3. If you decide you still want to play and there are only bands at the space, we charge you rent to cover the use of the space so you can practice. 4. AAR closes due to not being able to average 200 paying customers through the door each month, which averages out to less than 1 person per band member from each band playing each show. On a slow month we do about 10 shows, 4 bands per show, 5 members per band, 1 person each equals 200 people.
