lots of vegetarian cookbooks on hand.... going to have a go at far more of the ideas. then meat or fish eaters can have a slice of ham or a prawn to keep them happy.. starters served on a little gem leaf look good and are about the right size to be appetising fresh and not overwhelm the main course. Last night one fellow dealer to supper. Mozzarella tomato and olives to begin. small white fish fillet in the oven for 18 minutes as instructed with new potatoes mushrooms and green peppers on the side . Watercress lemon and hollandaise to brighten up the fish. Quite good ! Meant to offer cheese or fruit after but we had coffee and lots of chocolates instead.
