lwcc.org/watch/ what an awesome message tonight as my Pastor spoke about 3 important things to soar in life which includes our Relationships, finances and our physical body. Its sooo important to cast our cares on God. Many people escape in comfort foods or use food as reward that can lead to obesity, which is an epidemic in America. Our health is crucial to our life experience and he encouraged us to make nutritionally pure organic choices to feed our bodies..it can affect our mood and help us to gain more strength so we can develop better fitness.. .Which makes me think of the nutrition I have been on the last year and how one nutrient packed natural shake and cleanse drink can change even how you look at life when you feel good..everything is affected if you feel good. Even looking good has made a difference to my pastor as he is also video taped for online access. I encourage my friends to look at what they are eating and thinking about..dont forget to cast your cares(1 ptr 5:7 )if its time to change Id love to share what has helped me as I am so limited in the foods I can eat.
