man as u can imagine when u have deep down pain u wanna rub it to get some form of relief if only for a minute, it will help urrr but i have rubbed myself all over so much i got my shoulders and arms burning pretty good like my legs get or it is just getting worse.it truly sucks and hurts so very bad.pain pills dont even touch it at this point,i dont take them but when i did i know they only help so much and this deep burn seems nothing truly helps till the flare up as i call them passes.it always hurts but just with anything that causes illness and pain u have good days and bad with a few great ones in.my thought for today may God help heal us of our aches and pains may the homeless find warm shelter and the hungry be able to eat today Amen thank you
