many of us like me get fascinated by the talk given by salesman In early days we used to get good products like in 1986 i bought a vacum cleaner which i am, using till today. the service given by Eurekha Forbes then was fantastic. Because of that i bought a water purifer and after the warranty period expired I signed a service contract which will expire in 2015. Every year the company is supposed to visit me in May and change the candles of the filter and every three months they have to service. Earlier it was fantastic but in this may they did not turn up and from June 2014 till 6th of August 2014 they have not shown their face. I wrote a letter to ombudsman last month no reply. So now I am preparing to knock at the door of Consumers forum. I am preparing a draft and will be filling a case and asking for a huge compensation from them as I am drinking dirty water. Those who are reading this please note. do not trust the salesman who come to your door. better to buy a mud pot and store water in that. if you are strong water cannot kill you. These companies are cheating us. In the past LG cheated me for a micro wave. till today no sign of repairs so do you know where lg microwave has landed ? Mapuca Municipality garbage dumping ground.
