many thanks to Netflix and why especially but not when you need to speak to them in california usa and they ask you thats me they say to you in that funny californian accent hi how can we help you, and then they try to be bloody smart arses the young lady says hi there sir please may i have your zip code and your email address, then things go silent and after you decide to speak in a welsh accent which to me is the greatest accent in the world, anyway she asks again for my email address and i tell her its daistead etc then she stops me speaking and says just a moment sir (Im not a bloody sir) but she says in her so called perfect californian accent hi are you still on the line and then she says whats the weather like in Pakistan so i reply Im not in Pakistan Im welsh you know like tom jones then i cannot believe it she says to me hi sir is that your email address and Im confused and say no hes a bloody singer from Wales but now lives in california and then i cannot believe what she says,, hi there sir are you still on the line and when did you move to the states so by now i couldnt give a shite about Netflix so i dont bother to speak then after a long pause she comes back on and says in her bloody californian accent hi there sir thanks for calling your favourite TV station thanks Mr jones have a nice day, so i say to you if you ever need to contact Netflix dont bother all the best dave stead :
