many who follow my posts will know that,under section 61 magna carta 1215,we are all entitled to lawful rebellion. this cant be repealed,it is set in stone and is over any government statute. with this thought in mind,this is what happened yesterday.i received a letter from my local council,informing me,that I face a £1000 fine,for refusing to be placed on the electorial role.i was so incensed with the tone of the order,that I replied with the following. I NOTE THE TERMS OF YOUR LETTER,WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE THREAT OF £1000 FINE,MAY I DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TO BILL OF RIGHTS 1689 ALL FRANTS AND PROMISES OF FINES AND FORFEIGHTS OF PARTICULAR PERSONS BEFORE CONVICTIONS ARE UNLAWFUL AND VOID,AS THE ONLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO ADMINISTER PUNISHMENT IS A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE....HARASSMENT ACT,IT IS A CRIMINAL ACT TO MAKE A DEMAND WHICH IS UNENFORCEABLE ,WITH THE INTENTION OF CAUSING DISTRESS.i then submitted a schedule of my fees,which are £2000 for any correspondence,by mail,email,phone,text,or any other medium. this will rise by a further £1000,in steps thereafter and any reply,to this letter,will be taken that you agree my terms and conditions above and an invoice will be despatched.......this is lawful rebellion.i am not asking for you to follow,merely pointing out,what lawful rebellion is about.you may remember my parking fine,back in july. I sent a similar letter and have never heard from them again and I never paid the fine.the authorities think they have power,we have more..........KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
