#mashathinks This company (IT sphere) has a nice tradition: it has special days when employees need to work on anything they want, but only not what they currently work on. Anything what they would do with passion. Results? On those days the most brilliant ideas come out, the biggest decisions are made. Why does it work? Because when we are motivated by something material (we get salary for routine basically), our lower brain dominates, and it is not capable to create, because its made for survival. And at the same time when we are motivated by our own impulses and unsolved problems, by upcoming recognition, the upper brain comes to stage - and thats exactly the buddy which due to development of our specie (aka evolution) has been formed exactly to create. ... Yes, nature knows nothing about money. :). You want more money? Let your employees unfold. Why should you want more money? To unfold yourself better. :).
