Enter into formal international Treaties amongst each other and with the Indigenous peoples of other continents or land masses including islands like New Zealand and such. Then make the push to have the United Nations recognize them like they recognize the numbered treaties in Canada as international in status. Then either simuyltaneously or once you have done that, develop and create your own constitution based on Aboriginal laws, customs and traditions. Then create an Aboriginal/Australian Charter of Rights and Freedoms like Canada has which today impedes alot of the injustices you are enduring. The system we have here is not perfect but it does provide some legal protections in which we use the Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms forcing the Canadian colonial regimes to abide to our demands for implementing our treaty, indigenous and inherent rights. Then work toward having your own autonomy by forcing a full and/or equal revenue sharing of all natural resource based industries, projects and such in both the public and private sectors. Then you can work toward sovereignhood on a nation to nation basis with the sussessor state (occupying regimes). Think about it...I will attach a copy of the Canadian Constitution Act, 1982 and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms on which you can use for generic purposes to craft your own domestic conventions.
