maybank ATM card failure: if anyone faced failure in using your ATM debit card: word of advice, go verify at the counter before replacing your ATM card! I failed to withdraw money this morning with the ATM telling me Your process has failed, please proceed to nearest branch, the counter first attempted to ask me to just replace my card, after I insisted that the card was still new and recently replaced within a year, they helped me check if I keyed in the right PIN code, after doing so going back to the ATM to withdraw money works again........my question to maybank is why on earth did it failed the first time? am I just the few lucky random customer you try to cheat for RM12 replacement service charge for ATM card???
