maybe this is what I need to say. For over 5 months I have gone through every hoop my employer, the workmens comp dr., and the lawyers have asked me to. During this time I have asked for 3 things. 1 My back fixed-waiting on wc dr. 2. to be laid off-which employer wont do. 3 A simple handwritten note to my lawyer, from my employer saying I was unable to do the light duty so I could get w.c. checks. He says No because lawyers are involved. I reminded him that was only because w.c. would not do right. I think I have been patient enough.
