memories come flooding back with the simplest of things as if you took your leave of this earth just yesterday the pain flares up uncontrollably then dissipates just as quick emotions envelop my every thought and cloud my mind a storm of pain and anger brewing about to break through every part of me wishes that you were still here on this earth youve missed so much and still what can we do but honour your memory every day and keep you in my heart and never let our children forget who you were to us believe that you are watching over us each minute and in the greater plan of life we should entirely trust i cant begin to say how much i miss each of you if i laid it all bare it would consume my every thought so i honour your memories in everything that i do and trust that you are with me in every battle fought shine down on us and give us the strength to face each day as sometimes everything just seems a little to much to bare well continue living for the now and the people around us as long as you promise every now and then youll show that youre there
