The only irregularity is the circle: O is either the 15th letter or a zerO, i.e. GOD=7_4. A=1, B=2, C=3, etc. is Lesson 1 in code-breaking. The entire English(7 letter,74=E5+N14+G7+L12+I9+S19+H8) language is encoded! But when an encoded message is sent, not every word has to be included in the code.
