I am sure that many of the causes are the same across all races. Most of you know that I am a fitness professional dedicated to ending the trend of obesity, one person at a time; through CONSISTENT application of and an understanding of what it means to eat nutritiously, CONSISTENT doable daily exercise and ACCOUNTABILITY and coaching (that I supply for free.) I am beginning to actively reach out and offer that hand of help and support to the Hispanic community (the obesity rates for Hispanic women are especially severe). I am looking to reach out and help not only those in the Hispanic community who NEED this help but equally important those in the Hispanic community who are passionate and that want to help your brothers and sisters on this journey. There are tremendous opportunities for physical and economic changes to lives that I can offer to help you help yourself or others with.
