mobile use while driving is now the leading cause of death on the roads. over the past long weekend in NSW, when we had double fines and double demerit points if booked for anything, i was blown away at the number of drivers i spotted who had pulled over on the side of the roads to answer their phones. I didnt realise how bad the problem was, as i keep my phone out of reach in the car, so i cant be tempted to answer it until ive stopped. thats what messages and txts are for ... so you can reply when its safe to do it.
