more cat doings (so you dont have to read this if you dont care). I really think Cindy wants to cuddle, but cant yet overcome her fears, and I may inadvertently caused a setback. Yesterday she came on my lap for a second, then jumped off and caught a claw in my clothing. I let her figure it out for herself, since she wasnt upset. She didnt withdraw the claw, but changed her angle of pull, and got off. Then Ken came by and she came up to him and sniffed his hand. Setback happened when I woke up to a sharp pain in my leg. It was a Cindy claw, she had been sleeping on me, but my reaction sent her scuttling off. The two girls are spending more time together, and Marmalade doesnt always jump off the bed when I go into the room, and she is coming closer when I bring her food bowl. This morning, Dennis played with Cindy!!! or at least with her mouse while she was playing with it. Went into the kitchen to see, and found water everywhere. Their water bowl was upright, but empty, about 10 feet away from where I left it. I use a heavy glass bowl so they cant tip it, but theyve invented a new way to spill it. I have only one mouse left, so I guess its time to hit the pet shop. This is starting to feel like a household with normal cats in it. Have a great day everyone!
