my beautiful (fruitcake) dog Arlos pain tolerance is not his forte according to the Vet who had to sedate him today so as to change the wound dressings from his adverse encounter with a moving vehicle 5 days ago! Initial treating Vet (in Colac) used all of her skills to clean and bandage the wound without sedation............big fail:( Todays attempted un-sedated dressing change with another (similarly patient) experienced Vet, was equally unsuccessful:(
