...my dear family, friends and enemies...m going through some proudest moments of my career life...reading my performance appraisal from my manager...which she asked me to go through this Saturday...and now m doing that...m feeling so very proud and very much honored reading this words from my manager...her golden words i will treasure all through my life...this is what is written about me...conscientious, proactive, and flexible. She automatically takes ownership of issues or actions, and is proactive in working up and offering improvements or providing solutions – particularly in the process improvement work she has been engaged on for several months. When assigned project work she is determined to deliver what has been committed in spite of short timelines or significant setbacks and has proved extremely flexible, regularly offering to work extra hours or weekends to meet a deadline.Sonia was also involved in the recruitment towards the end of the appraisal period. Her assistance in arranging and managing on-site writing tests for candidates was invaluable, and her attendance at Saturday interviews provided valuable input. As described above, Sonia has demonstrated a high degree of flexibility this year in terms of tasks undertaken. She is always willing to support her colleagues in any way possible, even at short notice....Sonia is a strong advocate for improvement in the team’s own processes, and I expect she will apply this same drive for improvement to project work once she becomes more familiar with the way Documentation interacts with other teams...
