my dessert today was awesome. I took puff pastry shells (you find them frozen by the pies in the store) and cooked them up. They puff up and you take off the little top, leaving you with a circular ,empty, round shell. Made a double chocolate mousse (again, a box mix, but so good. made with whole milk, its like a rich, thick pudding) and put that in the shells. Then I made a home made whipped cream (heavy whipping cream, half a capful of vanilla, powder sugar) and put that on top, and drizzled it with a salted caramel topping. yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
