my favourite thing ever to make in the crockpot is this chicken you can use for nachos, quesadillas, tortilla soup, tacos etc. (mexican food mostly haha i like it plain too) and you can modify for however much you want, i dont normally make the full amount unless theres a bunch of us over, but its 6 chicken breasts, a package of taco seasoning and a jar of salsa (16 ounces). seriously so good and easy! cook on medium for 6-8 hours and on high for 4-6!
