Right now the country suffers from high unemployment and we need more Costco type jobs. Costco has 3x revenue per employee of Walmart, and they use 1/2 the employee per square feet. I shop Costco weekly and it would be nice to have greater selection and services like somebody to bag my groceries. Surely Costco could afford to raise prices a little bit and make a little less profit and hire more workers. They could even double their per store work force and it would not be too much.
