my inner feelings tells me that we have greate men and women who are in power that will transform society of pokot befor they retire from leadership. we really acknolledge their support and as they retire my wish is that they should leave behind established university to serve as their legacy for rememberance since universisy will make people engage in research problem that affect society and solutions .
