my laptop is literally falling apart the plastic around the screen is coming apart, i have to prop something behind it so the screen doesnt fall all the way back, i cant close it. This is the 2nd laptop from the same company that has the same exact problem. So tomorrow i (most likely John) have to talk to horrible tech support and send them money to ship my laptop out to them?! I sent the first one in and they sent it back and it crashed in a day. I am going to give them an ear full tomorrow. This shouldnt happen 2 times to different computers. And they better wave the fee for me having to ship both of them out to them ! ugh !
